Your wedding date is officially reserved once we receive your signed Venue Rental Agreement along with the non-refundable $500 Save-the-Date Retainer, which is applied toward your venue rental fee.
No. We host only one wedding each day, giving you exclusive use of the property throughout your rental period. You’ll never share the venue, parking, or event spaces with another event, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a relaxed and private celebration.
Absolutely! Many couples choose to exchange vows outdoors before celebrating with family and friends at the reception—all without leaving the property.
Yes! Whether you envision saying “I do” beneath the oak trees, overlooking the water, or in another scenic location on the property, we’ll help you create a ceremony that reflects your vision.
Our standard rental period is from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Wedding festivities conclude by 10:00 p.m., with the final hour reserved for cleanup and vendor load-out.
Yes! Our private bridal suite provides a peaceful place for you and your bridal party to relax, get ready, and enjoy the excitement leading up to your ceremony. With beautiful natural lighting, it’s also one of our favorite spaces for getting-ready photos.
Yes! Whitehead Farms also features a dedicated groom’s suite with its own private porch, giving the groom and his party a comfortable place to relax and prepare for the day ahead.
Absolutely! We believe both wedding parties deserve their own private spaces to prepare, spend time with loved ones, and enjoy the excitement of the day before walking down the aisle.

Yes! We encourage you to make the venue your own while following our venue guidelines. Certain items, including glitter, plastic confetti, fireworks, sky lanterns, nails, screws, staples, and permanent adhesives, are not permitted to help protect the property.
Absolutely! Unlike many venues, you’re welcome to choose the licensed caterer, food truck, or food service provider that best fits your taste, budget, and vision.
Yes. Couples may provide their own alcoholic beverages; however, all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender or alcohol service provider. Self-service bars are not permitted.
Not at all. While we’re happy to recommend trusted local professionals we’ve enjoyed working with, you’re welcome to choose the licensed vendors that best fit your wedding and budget.
We serve as your venue representative throughout your wedding day and are available to assist with anything related to the property. While we do not provide wedding planning or day-of coordination services, we’re happy to recommend experienced professionals who do.
We do our best to accommodate guests with mobility needs whenever possible. Guests may be dropped off close to the covered pole barn, and the pole barn, bar and lounge area, and restroom building all feature concrete flooring once you arrive.
Because Whitehead Farms is a working farm and outdoor venue, portions of the property include grass, gravel, and natural terrain, and our permanent restrooms are not ADA accessible. For some larger weddings, an ADA-accessible portable restroom may be provided by the couple.
If you or one of your guests has specific accessibility needs, please contact us before your wedding. We’ll gladly discuss the property’s layout and help determine whether our venue is the right fit.
Yes! We know pets are family too. Pre-approved pets are welcome with advance approval and a designated handler, making it possible for your four-legged family member to be part of your special day.
Florida weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve planned for that. Our covered pole barn serves as our primary weather backup location, allowing your celebration to continue while still enjoying the beauty and charm of the farm.
Yes. Event Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1 million in coverage is required for all weddings. We’ll provide guidance to help make obtaining coverage simple.
