This Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases made through Whitehead Creative, Inc. d/b/a Whitehead Farms Entertainment.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for change of plans, scheduling conflicts, late arrival, failure to attend, weather that does not cause an event cancellation, changes to opening or supporting performers, or removal for violation of venue rules.
Refund exceptions are considered only in rare and extraordinary circumstances that are genuinely beyond the ticket holder’s reasonable control. These situations are reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Whitehead Farms Entertainment, subject to applicable law, and approval is not guaranteed.
Routine personal conflicts, transportation issues, scheduling changes, forgotten events, or other circumstances that could reasonably have been anticipated do not qualify.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket will generally remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated.
If an event is canceled entirely and no replacement or rescheduled date is offered, Whitehead Farms Entertainment will communicate any applicable ticket remedy to affected purchasers.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing or service fees may be non-refundable when permitted by law and disclosed at the time of purchase.
