Do I need to bring a chair or blanket for seating?

Yes! Be sure to bring a chair and blanket as it is open field/lawn seating. It is first come first serve from the stage to the back.

What items are allowed inside the venue?

Guests may bring small purses only. No large bags, backpacks, coolers, or tote bags are allowed. Chairs and blankets are permitted for seating.

Are bags subject to inspection?

Yes, for the safety of all guests, all bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

Can I bring a cooler or outside food or drinks?

No, coolers, outside food, and drinks are not permitted inside the venue. Concessions and food vendors will be available.

What happens if I bring a bag that isn't allowed?

Guests with oversized bags or prohibited items will be asked to return them to their vehicle before entering the venue.

Can I bring a diaper bag for my baby?

Yes, small diaper bags are permitted for guests attending with infants, but they are subject to inspection.

What should I do if I have a medical necessity that requires a larger bag?

Medical bags are allowed but will be subject to inspection. Please notify secuirty upon arrival.

Will there be bag check or storage available at the venue?

No, the venue does not provide storage or a bag check service.

What is your refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please double-check your order to ensure you are purchasing the correct ticket for the correct show and date. We understand that life happens, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, you are securing your spot at an incredible event—one that we pour our heart and soul into making unforgettable. Thank you for your understanding and support. We can’t wait to see you at the show!

Do you accommodate guests with disabilities?

Absolutely! We are committed to making our events accessible for everyone. Handicap parking is available and conveniently located very close to the gate entry. The concert area is just 200 feet from the parking lot for easy access. For alternate stage locations on property, a golf cart ride to and from the concert area will be available for those who need assistance. If you need additional assistance or accommodations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at least a day ahead of time. We’re here to help make your experience enjoyable and stress-free!

Do I have to print my tickets, or can they be scanned off my phone?

Either works. All tickets are emailed to you. Please bring the photo ID of the name that matches the ticket purchaser in case there is a scanning issue. For a quick and easy entry, please turn the brightness up on your phone and switch to light mode if your phone is in dark mode.

I require a specific medical device – can I go back to my car to get it?

No, we do not permit re-entry. Please bring all medically necessary devices and medications in with you. This includes inhalers and injectables.

Do you have ATMs?

No, there are no ATMs inside or outside of the venue.

Do I need an ID to enter the venue?

It's a really good idea to bring it! If you plan on drinking alcohol while inside the venue, you must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid photo ID. We take checking IDs very seriously. Those attempting to enter with a fake ID may be denied entry without a refund.

I am diabetic and need insulin and/or a snack – can I bring them in?

Absolutely! Please check in with a member of our Front Gate team. We recommend bringing in a small soft-sided cooler if you need to keep your insulin cool. We can provide additional ice if your ice pack loses its cool. If you require a snack for a medical condition, please bring it in with you. However, please leave the picnics at home – we have a variety of food options at the food pavilion.

Do you have a dress code?

You must be wearing a shirt, bottoms, and shoes. Bathing suits are not considered clothing.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?

We do not allow cameras and/or recording devices however you are able to bring and use your cell phone camera. Please leave your Instax or other Polaroid camera at home. We know it's cool, but it's a bad idea here and we just don't allow it.

Members of the press must have passes pre-arranged with the artist’s management in order to shoot during the show.

What time does the band go on? Is there an Opening Act?

Set times may vary. If you don't see the answer that you are looking for here, check our social media during the week of the show for more details. Please keep in mind that all set times are subject to change due to weather and other factors.

What time should I get there to get a good place to see the show?

It is first come, first serve seating. We highly recommend early arrival to allow time to get through bag check, screening, age verification, and any ticket issues. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up, there may already be people ahead of you in line.

What happens if it rains?

We'll all get wet! Whitehead Farms is a Rain or Shine venue. If rain is expected, we will allow small, personal umbrellas. No golf or oversized umbrellas will be permitted. Please check our socials: Instagram and Facebook for updates on the day of the show.

Will the ticket price go up day of show?

Yes, tickets usually do increase the day of the show so we recommend purchasing in advance if you wanna save that cash for something special!

Does Whitehead Farms offer drinks or is it BYOB?

We've got the goods! The bar serves beer, liquor, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. We do not allow any outside food or drinks inside the venue.

If I have my Concealed Handgun License (CHL) or am an Off Duty Peace Officer can I bring my gun into the venue?

No.
